Dr. Don Farquhar has been practising general dentistry for over forty years and has been treating obstructive sleep apnea and snoring for the past 20 years.  His practice is now limited to treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.  Dentists who are Diplomates of the ABDSM have demonstrated to referring physicians, peers and the public that they have the skills and knowledge essential for the delivery of excellent patient care.

He is also a member of the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, the National Sleep Foundation, the Canadian Sleep Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

He has taught dentists interested in sleep disordered breathing for the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the University of Toronto.
